Yes! This season we have partnered with the Westside Food Bank, a 501(c)3 charitable organization, so all your produce donations are tax deductible!

We have been advised that, in California, it is legal to pick fruit from public trees, trees that hang over a public sidewalk, or trees that hang over onto your property. That said, please seek proper legal council to confirm the legality of your actions before you pick anything that's not yours!

We were founded and are currently operating in Los Angeles, California. However we are excited to be expanding to additional cities in the near future!
